The bulk of accutane is out of your system within a month or two but you can drink whenever you want unless you actually have liver problems. I know people who got ****faced regularly on accutane and they were fine (not that I'd recommend it). I would go easy on the alcohol for the next month at least. *you should also just ask your doctor...
