Im 14 and 5 foot 9 with about 160 lbs. This is mostly fat and i want it all gone ASAP. I am open to anything that can get it done and have access to a gym and need a diet plan or better choices on food.

Bikram yoga four-five times a week. The weight will melt off, and all your muscle groups will be worked for 90 minutes.
In 105 degrees.

You should go on a healthy diet, start eating salad more with a portion of meat. You should stay away from Chinese food, rice, mcDonalds, etc. even fruits can be fattening if eaten after 9, so if you get late night cravings, try drinking water. sometimes you might think you're hungry when it's just thirst. As for excerise you should just go out and try to play basketball, football, baseball, soccer, what ever sport you like best. Maybe you can try karate or kickboxing. Good luck!

Simple. Eat 500 calories less than what you get from this calculator. This is called a caloric deficit. Cardio isn't necessary and won't make you burn fat any quicker. Just eating at a calorie deficit. A weight lifting routine I recommend is called "starting strength" by mark rippetoe. Track everything you eat and make sure you don't go over in calories. Don't have to kill yourself with "healthy foods" get them, but you can also have some junk as well. Weight loss/fat loss takes time so don't give up, take pictures, track your progress
