    Meditate, Jog, read, cook, honestly, if you want to get rid of unwanted thoughts then you should find a solution on what's troubling you.

    As hard as it may seem, find something that makes you happy inside & focus on those thoughts. When unwanted thoughts creep into your head, immediately switch to the same happy thoughts you focused on the first time. It takes practice, but doing it enough times, will make it become easier. :)

    its a process that starts with retraining your brain. it will take time.

    thinking can be thought of like a train moving down the tracks.

    be aware of what your thinking/daydreaming about.

    if its positive - all good.

    negative? get into the habit of 'jumping tracks' and think of something else.

    dont make a big fuss - even in your own mind - about it. just do it. move on.

    eventually, you'll find you can guide your thought processes down the right tracks.

    think positive, relax, persist. good luck.

    Throw on a Halloween mask and run through a public place showing your moves off. That'll keep your mind busy

    Watch a movie or listen to music or just fill up your brain with other stuff. Don't just be alone in a quiet place cause that is the worst.

    FIRST: Know that EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE has Equal Value.

    Now, let ONLY things that YOU WANT naturally happen (meaning JUST KNOW that Everything happening right now is WHAT YOU WANT) and the rest will burn away.

    You Want everything that is happening right now. Enjoy yourself effortlessly. It just happens. Don't forget that.

    distraction. when you think about something you don't want to force yourself to think about something else immediately. eventually the thoughts fade or at least become manageable. a person can learn control over themselves.

    Go to sleep. I always feel better in the morning.
