What type of agency are you working? I am surprised you honestly didn't do an analysis of salary ranges for licensed Psychologists? Yes, 120,000 is way too much unless you are the best Psychologist in the country who has pioneered research that everyone wants a bite of. In fact, the interviewers will have some fun at your expense after your interview if you tell them you want six figures.
Is this a clinic, a hospital, the VA, private practice, etc?? What are your job duties going to be? Are you going to be a supervisor? Have a lot of job responsibilities?
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics 2010 median salary for a Licensed Psychologist was $68,640 per year .
The VA is a higher paying employer for licensed mental health professionals.....and their salary range for Psycholoists for one position was $57,000 another $68,000. The lower level positions would be $57,000. https://www.usajobs.gov/JobSearch/Search/GetRefine...
I can tell you that on average a licensed Psychologist does not make six figures.
If you can provide the type of agency, the size, their revenue base, job duties...what is your specialty? Do you have extra training or credentials? How many other Psychologists or therapists work in the agency? ..then that will be what you need to provide a reasonable salary based on realistic expectations.

Not no damn six-figure salary, like you think they make, that's for sure.
Lol. And you got the nerve to add $20,000 on top of that 100k.

I am surprised you have not done any research (at least you have not told us so).
