Civilization 5: Does Map Size Scale with # of AI?
If I choose huge map, then I go into advanced options and increase the # of civs from 12 to 22, would the map size scale with this increase?

No, unfortunately it doesn't. I usually play on a huge island map, and with 22 civs, often had to share a small island with another civ (rather annoying really, especially considering I'm more of a late game player).
If you ever are interested in another similar game, Galactic Civilizations is a good one, and it scales according to the number of AI.

From my experience, no. If I choose a Huge map, no matter how many AI there are, it will always be a huge map.
