Doesn't sound like something a fascist would say. The are not so open about their methods and don't mean to portray them in a negative light. They want to control the masses.

These are not all necessarily components of the mainstream fascist movement anyway. They are details of certain fascist movements compiled together. They are each quite different.

For instance, Hitler advocated genocide. Mussolini was no less socially controlling, but his main point was for races to stay within their cultural borders.

They both wanted to control the state and the working class through a cult of personality but that is not confined to fascists. They are more open about it than western/communist leaders were at the time but damn near everybody practiced heightened nationalism and endowed that cult of personality.

It sounds like liberal ideology to me. Especially the rampant cronyism and corruption look at the way Obama paid his buddies in green businesses (that failed) all that tax money. I could give an example for probably every one but who has the time.

Hitler, Franco, Mussolini. Those come to mind most prominently for me. They WERE fascists, after all.
