Is increased background checks when buying a gun against the Constitution?

    If you look you'd see in the second amendment a phrase that says, "well regulated"

    as long as it doesn't infringe on their rights.

    i guess it depends on what would disqualify someone. for example banning felons from owning a gun is constitutional because the constitution allows for the loss of rights AFTER due process.

    but if they deny me a gun because i saw a therapist 15yrs ago yes i feel that would be illegal.

    WHERE in the constitution does it say you can deny a citizens rights for any reason? LOOK at all the prohibited people who are denied their second amendment rights for arbitrary reasons.
