Write in the search bar : How do I permanently delete my account ?

They will tell you to deactivate your account instead and all the information that you might need and they will ask you if you want to delete you are account permanently with no option for recovery, so they will as you to fill a form.

Click on the blue link which says: "Fill out this form"

then it will open up, and you will see a window saying delete my account ,and you have to confirm it by entering your password.

P.S. They will give you 14 days in case you change your mind, so if you log into your facebook during the 14 days, then your account won't be deleted. Make sure to not log in to it during these 14 days, and after that your account will be permanently deleted, and the email address will be available for new account.

How do I permanently delete my account?

If you deactivate your account, your timeline disappears from the Facebook service immediately. People on Facebook won't be able to search for you, though some info, like messages you sent, may still be visible to others. Then, if you'd like your account permanently deleted with no option for recovery, log into your account and fill out this form.

Deactivate the other account. It tell your friends that I no longer use the other account and add the people that you had on your previous account to your original account then.
