Fastest way to lose weight in 1 month.?
Ok. So, I'm dying here from depression because I'm fat! I'm currently 185 and I want to be 160 lbs in a month. I have to go back to my hometown, I know everyone. I was 150lbs when I left, but after 2 years I've went to 190. So far, in 2 weeks of dieting I've only lost 5 lbs. I'm 5'8. Please help me. I don't care if it means going to the unhealthy route. Btw, I'm having such a hard time controlling my food. But I'd rather die than for then to see me like this.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

Running is a fantastic way to lose weight. If you have the money you could also spring for the insanity work out plan. They class you can reach your goal weight in 60 days, but you should see a substantial amount of weight loss in 1 month.
Try being a vegan if you can. Basically eat nothing but fruits and veggies and drink water. It'll clean out your system and help you to lose more weight but you should take a daily vitamin if you're going to do that.

Unless you have all day, everyday to fully focus then you will be lucky to lose 25lbs in one month. You can still try and lose as much as you can but with work commitments etc, it is difficult to stay focused. I am guessing that the 'unhealthy route' that you are talking about is either starving yourself or taking slimming pills. I wouldn't advise either of these options. Starving yourself will just make your body store the fat it has, making it harder to lose the weight. Slimming pills are just wrong and you would still be lucky to lose the amount you want to in one month. Have you ever heard about what slimming pills do? Basically, when you go for a poo, the pills will have separated the oils and fat from what you eat and this will basically be what your body removes. You won't actually be releasing poo but a horrible orange fatty fluid. It's gross.
Your best option would be to join a gym and go as regularly as you can. Make sure to focus mainly on cardio for the first week or so and then gradually start to tone up using weights. If you cannot afford the gym then there are plenty of other things you can do in the park or at home. Sit ups, push ups, dancing round your house, workout DVD's, going to a long walk or run.
Food is the hardest one and trust me, i know! It doesn't help that the junk food is so much cheaper than healthy but you need to prepare your meals in advance. Like cut up carrots and celery in the evening, ready to take to work for snacks the next day. Also make yourself vegetable soups to take into work and no matter what, avoid crisps and chocolate. I am a mega crisp fan and I have found that having rice crackers in my drawer at work helps to curb the craving. Obviously they don't taste as great but it's better for you.
Read up about what type of foods you should be eating. Get lots of super foods inside you, i.e. avocado and blueberries! They are full of vitamins that will help boost your metabolism and immune system.
Try to loose and much as you can before going back home if you are really that worried but there are other things you can do too. Go and get yourself a beautiful new hair do which will take the attention away from your little extra podge. Wear bright colours and statement jewellery, basically anything that will attract the eye so they aren't looking at your weight. And most of all, act confident! For your height, your weight really isn't that bad. I mean, it's not great but it really isn't terrible so don't be too hard on yourself.

Be practical. Crazy goals like losing two dress sizes in 14 days will almost always end inside tears, lost motivation and greater little comfort eating. You can only ever appear like a thinner you – so set standards you understand you can achieve.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.
