Situational Syncope. Should I be worried?

When I sneeze, I faint or nearly faint. I almost always feel when it is coming on and can sit down or brace myself so that I won't hurt myself and I recover quickly with no lasting side effects. Is this something that I should be worried about? A friend said that I shouldn't worry about it, but it does worry me. It doesn't happen every once in a while, it happens every time I sneeze. And with pollen season in full swing, I've been sneezing multiple times a day...

Syncope of this type isn't harmful of itself. Most of the problems come from people falling in bad locations and getting hurt. It is possible to train a person to stop having these syncope episodes though therapy.
