Xbox live subscription about to run out?
it is going to run out in june and if i get a new 1 year membership. does it go onto the new xbox when it comes out or should i just get a 3 month because i already have a 1 month as well.

In short, no one really knows until official details are announced, but its likely that the new console won't change anything major with regards to XboxLive and we will all be able to sign into our existing accounts. If Microsoft decided to force all users to make brand new accounts as well as always on, integrated Kinect and a huge price tag I honestly think the new console will struggle to sell a million units, let alone excell the 360s sale figures.

Yes, if you put a 1year subscription onto your account then it stays on the ACCOUNT not the Xbox. So you can put a year on when it runs out and all you'll have to do it put the account you are using currently on your Xbox onto the new Xbox you get.
