Pontiac Grand Am GT issue?
This car hesitates when shifting gears upon medium hard acceleration (Automatic Trans)...It doesn't do it on full throttle or low throttle...I have checked forums and other web sites to try to pinpoint the cause to no avail...
Hoping someone here had and resolved the issue....
The car has 197,000 miles and drives good otherwise....

what year do you have ?on some of the older ones there is a vacuum modulator on the transmission and it could be bad !

have you ever changed the trans fluid? its too late now but thats the cause of most trans problems. it must be changed before 100,000 miles
