how can i stop the sims 3 from lagging and crashing? 10 POINTS?

i did ask this before but no one had replied for 5 HOURS!

okay long story short... i was told by ea through email to uninstall and re-install my sims 3 game... so i done as i was told.... back then my game would play beautiful.... i had all expansion packs and stuff packs (Downloaded utorrent) and it was like my life... now because i uninstalled everything ... i re-installed everything and pretty much they where useless... my cpu processor thingy goes to atleast 80% - 90% and crashes.... i dont know whats doing this... i have erased most of my expansions and stuff packs leaving the ones i like which are seasons, university, diesel, supernatural, ambitions and generations.

its so retarted .... i cant even play for a simply hour or 30 minutes... i only get like 20 minutes and BOOM it crashes.... i havent installed the expansions and stuff packs that i liked YET because i need help and dont know what im doing.... all it does is goes to like 80% and crashes ... it sucks because it was working fine before until i uninstalled and re-installed everything.... i have wasted 3 and a half days uninstalling and re-installing...

okay before i list my laptops specs... i am going to tell you whats on cd and whats downloaded.... the sims 3 BASE GAME is on a cd... the sims 3 university life is on a cd... diesel stuff is on cd and seasons, supernatural, ambitions and generations are downloaded!

2.20GHZ

8.0gb RAM

MS windows 7 home premium 64-bit service pack 1
