I love the hospitality industry, and it really is my passion. I may go into it regardless of oversaturation, but I just want to know if it's an oversaturated field and major.

There is constant turnover in the industry. It is cyclical, driven by economic ups and downs. To succeed in the industry, it must be your passion. You will find work, although it may not be where you want it to be at the time, and the door for advancement is always open to those who love the industry. The current global recession will not last forever. Good luck!
