I'm writing a paper for my Western civilization class on Pythagoreanism...?
What should I include? Obviously I'll include Pythagoras, but what else is there that would make a good paper on it? I'll include the philosophies, and do a sum of all that I find. But does anybody know of anything I should pay particular attention to?
Also, some good, trustworthy sources would be greatly appreciated!

Do your paper on the neo-Pythagoreanism that existed in the first and second centuries and how it contributed to the creation of Christianity. Be sure to follow the connections to Apollonius and the Gnostics. I found the connections and influences to be very interesting.
