Absolutely none. God certainly has the right to create intelligent life on other planets if He so chooses, and the discovery of such life would not change the slightest detail of God's history with the human race on this planet.

That depends on how the aliens looked, it they looked extremely different from humans or were black, the religious would say that they were some form of "devil", if they had long blond hair, blue eyes and were soft spoken, the religious would swear that Jesus had returned.
It is all a matter of perspective.
