My penis has been the same since I was 12?

I measured my penis when I was 12 and it was 6.5 inches I am now about to turn 15 and it's still 6.5 inches??

I'm a African American, Am i getting growth spurts? Or somethin?

My face used to be blemish Free, but I recently started to get acne my first year of highschool, I have a slight mustache now, and I grew 2 inches tallerand I think I'm still growing. does this mean That my penis could be growing too?

Also I know your penis size is determined by genetics, any penis estimates when I'm 18?

    Size is irrelevant, skill is everything..

    Mines was 6in when I was 12, 7in when I was 15, 8in when I was 18 now I'm 28 and its over 9 1/2 almost 10

    Well that's bigger than average and I doubt it will get any bigger after all that time now - penile growth usually reaches its peak by the time you reach your 17th birthday and growth spurts don't exist anyway
