Is it okay to write on the back of any ticket that a cop gives to me?

I know that the police write on the back of their copies so I want to write on their copies that I refused to answer any questions that the police officer asked by writing on the backs: "I do not & did not consent to being questioned without my attorney present AND I do not & did not consent to any searches". Then sign my name on the front AND back of these comments by me.

Is this legal?

I know the officers write comments on the backs after I leave.

If you answer, please state whether you are an attorney, paralegal or police officer, or if you are an American citizen with this knowledge.

Thank you.

Update:

The first 2 answerers did not answer my question, yet yahoo wants me to choose best answer.

Please answer my questions, not answer some question that is not asked or that you think I mean.

Answer the questions. See the question marks? that is what you should answer and also answer with your authority or where you got your knowledge.

Its not necessary. Signing a copy only means you received it and will appear in court if necessary. Its not an admission of any guilt.
