Is this solar bobblehead a capacitor?
Below is a link to a video of a solar bobblehead. This toy was sitting in weak sunlight. It seemed to be collecting enough energy to overcome inertia, but not to maintain motion. Would this be an example of a simple capacitor?
The mechanism is being driven by light, not temperatures or air currents. When the light is brighter, it moves steadily as you see it in the store, but in the dim morning light, which I caught on video, you are seeing it collecting enough energy for a brief burst motion, which is followed by stillness while it collects more energy. Isn't this what a capacitor does??

no, except in the sense any object posses capacitance.
That is just due to uneven heating of the object causing air currents to flow around it, causing it to move.
