Am i developing an eating dissorder?

I have ocd anxiety and depression. Lately i havent had an appitite. I usualy dont eat breakfast and sometimes i dont eat lunch. Usualy i eat half a lunch. I alwas est dinner tho. Maily cuz i make myself so i dont get sick but i never really am hungry. Can i b developing an eating dissorder??

    An ingesting sickness is once you're making a unsleeping determination to bypass nutrition/not eat. on your case it type of feels like you in ordinary words do not have an urge for nutrition likely because of your melancholy. do not imagine you've an ingesting sickness, because once you imagine 'oh I actual have an ingesting sickness', you'll trick your ideas and body into arising one... My suggestion is to easily eat healthful and whenever you could. attempt to eat breakfast, even a small meal. perhaps some toast with pb and milk. or maybe yogurt. something uncomplicated. For lunch, i like to recommend you eat a Clif bar. they are SUUPER filling and yummy. it really is similar to a granola bar yet larger and fills you up more effective. attempt to eat that stuff, and then slowly upload more effective filling nutrition on your nutrition routine. And easily nutrition. you won't be able to continually eat a granola bar for lunch, ya understand? yet i'm not a well being care professional. that is merely own suggestion reason i have gone through a similar element. regardless of in case you're trying to eat more effective yet won't be able to, i'd recommend you spot a well being care professional once plausible so not something worse comes from this. solid success <3

    No, 14% of people don't eat breakfast, a lot of people just don't like how it tastes. Usually you eat half a lunch. That's probably still more than those secretaries that eat an apple and a yogurt.
