Are there any Democrat Christians?

There are many democrat Christians. I'm married to one. There are also Republican atheists, but the one's who are in politics know better than to admit that they're atheists for fear of being figuratively burned at the stake.

I'm not a Democrat myself, but a close family friend of mine is born again Christian and her parents are Democrats. Christians have many different political views.

I'm independent-ish....and I realy don't get how people think one party is the "corect" one for christians to suport....

I am, though I prefer the democracy of the Ancient Greeks. Even in my stories I satirize both Republicans and Democrats.

I'm in a blue state, so I probably met hundreds. I remember one of my old classmates was religious enough to carry his Bible to school, and was also a staunch supporter of Obama. I'm not sure if he currently regrets voting for Obama or not.

When Christians pretend they can be democrats, you get things like Westboro Baptist.

They feel guilty for being too right wing so they make up for it by protesting the funerals of heros. It makes them feel better.

You can't be a Christian and a democrat and survive the 3-year nationwide gang rape of Sarah Palin, or the wholesale undermining of personal responsibility or the flagrant support of teen sex or gay sex and the dismantling of parents rights and religious rights.

At least one of them should have made you gag. If it didn't, you're not a Christian.

Most of my family is that.
