I need motivation not to eat junk food?

I am always tempted to eat junk like cookies and popcorn and I need to tell myself ""No!" But I don't know how to tell myself I don't want it. I end up saying "just one" and end up eating like three to five. Is there any tips that you have to convince myself I don't want it?

    Eating them once in a while is not super bad for your body, because remember you do need a little bit of sugar in your body. But just stay completely AWAY from the fridge. Do no go downstairs and do activities to get it off ur mind! workout or blast music in your ears. Or even just go out with friends. When your partying you don't really worry about eating as much. Just tell yourself no and STAY AWAY FROM THAT FRIDGE. DEAR GOSH DO YOU WANT TO DIEEEEEEEE?!?!?!

    Jk lol but seriously, stay away from the fridge.

    popcorn is actually not bad for you! I had thi problem to but began either buying smaller protions, or bagging up each portion and only eating one bag a day. Try to imagine how good you will look and feel when youre healthy. I dont know if you do any sports, but i told myself everyone will surpass me in soccer if i dont get healthy and i love soccer so that motivated me! Buy something expensive a couple sizes smaller so you dont want to have wasted your money on something really cute! Good Luck:)

    Think about all the sugar an lard going into them do a goodle search on whats in junk food even better go onto google images or like websites

    Your teeth will rot and look disgusting, you will get fat, your insides will be unbelievably unhealthy, your heart will be in bad condition and could result in things like heart attacks. Enough ? :)
