What do you think of this theory about the Boston Bombers?

There's perhaps a degree of truth to your theory, but you miss a few things .......

For example, these two brothers were totally disenchanted with life in the US, they were basically losers, who never seemed to make much out of their own lives.

This led them into being intensely jealous of anyone who did succeed, and they naively believed that killing or maiming hundreds of innocent people would change anything.

In the end they were total failures, who, like nearly all wasters, blamed others for their failings.

It is possible that their religion played a minor part in what they did, but that is just another smokescreen they decided to use, as a scapegoat for their inhuman actions.

America is no longer the new gold dream it once was, the chances of succeeding has drastically eroded over the years. The only way now that this now happens, is by tremendous luck, as in the case of facebook, for example .... or if you are prepared to take enormous risks with other peoples money, in the case of the financial sector.

The wealth gap is increasing at an incredible pace, whereby the rich are accumulation more and more of the wealth in the world. Globalisation is speeding up this process, because these wealthy people can play off countries against each other, by moving this wealth around.

I foresee that this will cause the collapse of the capitalist system, as it did to the Roman Empire.

Taking wealth away from the middle class majority, and especially the poor, at the rate that is currently occuring, causes a huge reduction in consumer spending and a massive increase in the cost of social spending.

Such a scenario can only lead to total disaster, as history shows us time and time again !

This is the root of the problem which directly caused the disenchantment these two brothers felt.

I am in no way making up excuses for their diabolical behaviour, what they did was abomnible.

But expect more of the same, as the rich get richer, and the majority of us must pick up the tab !

Id wait for the results of the investigation. I dont really buy the steroids theory. Between that and the loss of the dream to represent the US on the Boxing team, I was more willing to go for the latter explanation. Seems that in one of his fights with girlfriend/live in partner/common law wife / he assauted her and that led to a police report on him, which caused the rejection of his application to finally become a US citizen and represent the country he had learned to love? He might have felt there was injustice and his word as a decent man did not make any impact . Instead the other persons version was taken as solemn truth and nothing but the truth. Usually perceptions of injustice begins the slide to the "dark side" of anger and hatred, these are emotions that fuel fire for vengeance from emotions that may have originally began as deep enduring love.

Plausible, don't even know that steroids have to play in the mix. Many immigrants learn the language by TV and radio... consider that and Rush Limbaugh.

I think we should wait for the professionals to do thier job and give us the information from beginning to end.
