Would the deportation of 11 million illegals result in a drastic reduction in the unemployment rate?
Would it open up jobs for natural Americans? And for the ones who are not working, would it not result in savings to the welfare system? Would this be greater for the country than any amount we would lose in tax collection from them?
Attorney- Wow. Congratulations. I feel that I have been insulted by someone who thiks he is extremely intelligent. Mission accomplished. Now run along and go talk some people into some frivolous lawsuits.
By the way, your actual response, that I was able to gleen between the pompous rhetoric and insults, was not very enlightening because I found it to be one sided. Obviously, we would not start today and begin deporting all 11 million, and you failed to recognize any savings or diminishing returns. But get back to insulting my intelligence for having asked a question in order to pose a talking point.
Ryan, I get your point, but many Americans would take those jobs in order to survive.

Possibly.
But it would also cost 11 million x $11,500.00 = $1,265,000,000,000,000.00 -- money we don't have -- and take 27-1/2 years at the current record rate of 400,000 per year.
So either we spend $1,265,000,000,000,000.00 of taxpayers' money and shut down schools and hospitals and parks and God knows what else, or we let the 11 million people pay income tax instead.
So spending money or making money for the next quarter century.
Tough call for a brilliant young mind like yours, I can imagine.
Luckily, our politicians and their advisers, all people with substantial education and insight, have made that call already. They decided that collecting money is better than wasting it. You may disagree.

Not really since illegals are not exaclty taking the jobs Americans want. Illegals are not in retail management, finance positions, admin positions, and other higher paying/higher benefit positions. Show me a SINGLE white guy who wants to pick onions as a career path.
