Would a loving God only give the correct religious information to the inhabitants of one area of the world?

Of course a loving God would not give out information to only one group of people in one part of the world. God is infinite, and thus there are an infinite amount of ways to "reach" God. God speaks to each of us using our cultural heritage and through what our families of origin have taught us.

For the Hebrews, God spoke to them using their cultural stories and symbols. For the Hindus, God spoke to them using their cultural stories and symbols. For the Muslims, God spoke to them using their cultural stories and symbols. For the Buddhists, God spoke to them using their cultural stories and symbols. For any particular group of people you can think of, God spoke to them through their cultural stories and symbols. That is how God works.

Now for the fundies who will object to the idea of God "speaking" to different groups of people using different language, stories and symbols, saying that the stories contradict, and thus one has to be right, while all the other all have to be wrong, that response is false. Again, you have to understand that God is Universal, and thus can speak to anyone, anywhere, where ever that person is on their spiritual journey, and from within the cultural and societal milieu that person comes from. The only contradictions in all of these stories, are purely surface based, and usually arrives from a specific point in the story relating to a specific cultural reference. When you read all the stories from a deeper point of view, from a more spiritual, or esoteric point of view, they all unanimously agree with each other.

It really is very simple when you understand that God is infinite, and thus can never be limited to any one human understanding.

a loving God wants everyone to have a relationship with him... what religion you follow to accomplish that goal doesn't matter as long as the ultimate goal leads to that relationship. As Christians, the goal is to go out into the world and tell those who are unaware of who God is, and fill in those missing pieces. Inform the masses.

Every religion is different. Some religions believe that singing and dancing and playing music is a sin (even though the angels dance and play music in heaven), but as long as Christians can keep their eyes on what's important, they wont end up in hell.

We're saved by Grace, not good deeds and whatnot. Repentance is us realizing why we're saved, and wholeheartedly asking for forgiveness.

If there is a specific area of the world that you are concerned about you could go there (if you are saved). If you are not saved, your first concern should be your own salvation. Put the oxygen mask over your own face, before you try and help others...

It may appear that way but that's not what happened or what God did/does. Yes, He did pick one nation - Israel - to be the nation that represented Him for a long time. Also the church is growing in record numbers in nations that persecute them like China, Vietnam, Burma and other places. *** It's easy to think that because they aren't publically acknowledged or very visible they don't exist. There are reputable accounts of God reaching many in the Muslim countries through dreams and visions these days.

By reading The Bible for yourself you are finding out that the God Yahweh is not the all loving God to all of the people God we were taught He was in Sunday School. That is the mistake mankind has made in teaching our children only the loving side of a God we have named Yahweh.

Even if everyone does not have correct information on God and religion, all are given sufficient grace to be saved (in God's own way).

Not really, because people who believe in other Gods probably think the same about the God you believe in. It's a vicious circle.

all are chosen for salvation but not all will receive because of their unbelief in Jesus. all sins were taken away at the cross but the only sin left in the world is unbelief in Jesus to this day. this one needs repented of by changing their mind to belief in Jesus.
