Is my weight healthy? I want to lose weight?

I'm a 16 year old girl. I am 6'1" (yes, that's right!) and I weigh just about 180 lbs. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. Should I? Or is my weight okay?

    Even if you lost 30 pounds you would not be underweight.

    I located the ebook to be very informative and easy to learn. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm simply involved that i'm losing an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I'll admit i have not followed the consultant precisely. I am not sticking flawlessly to the listed meals and meal plans (however mainly) and doing very little activity, but the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if i would followed it precisely I believe it could scare the residing daylights out of me considering of the amount that i would lose. So thanks again for the understanding. I've not ever purchased whatever like this earlier than considering that they're mostly stuffed with trash, but 3WD has been a excellent shock. Get began in these days!

    Yes I think you should maybe that weight is okay idkbut 20 pounds is a good amount to lose. My ex is 6'2 and he weighs 160 something and its mostly muscle. So if you run or play sports an drink alot of water that weight can go down

    Your weight is at the high end of the normal range. Losing 20 pounds would leave you exactly at the target weight for your height.

    You're normal weight for your height although losing 20lbs. wouldn't hurt. The thing to remember though is you are still growing and your body needs fats (especially if you want boobs). You need to keep track of your BMI if you want an idea of if your overweight or not. I'll put a BMI calculator in the sources.

    You shouldn't lose weight. That's in a healthy weight range for someone your height and age. Your fineeee stay where you are..don't listen to anyone who says you have to lose..ur perfercto
