What is best to use for poison plants ( see rest)?
I have an impbankment on the side of my house and there is poisonivysumack,and oak what is the best way of getting rid of all of it?

Wearing rubber gloves, cut the stems close to the ground and cut the plants into small pieces and trash bag them. Then take a weedkiller such as roundup and paint the stumps until they are wet. They won't regrow.

Roundup® Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush Killer is one way to try and eradicate your problem. But I have to be honest with you, the best I have ever been able to do short of digging the treated brush up and burning it in a very hot accelerated fire is controll it.
Be very careful when buning them, burn them on a non-windy day AND STAY OUT OF THE SMOKE IF THERE IS ANY.
