Experts, please advise on hip stretches?
I have recently noticed that my hips are turning in, which is making me prone to injuries just by walking. Does anyone know of any good stretches that will help to turn my hips more outward?
(This is a problem I had in early childhood that was treated with braces that forced my feet to turn outward, that seems to have resurfaced.)

Maybe you can get physical therapy since there is a physical problem once treated by a pediatric orthopedist. Return to your regular orthopedist to make inquiries. Any exercise we can think of is one you probably did in PE class or from yoga instruction. but, not for a physical change such as you wish.
