Is it possible for your water to break without getting contractions?
I'm 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my 2nd child.
At my last appointment (on Thursday) my doctor said I was 1 1/2 centimeters dilated and to expect her in 4-5 days.
Last night at about 4 in the morning, I leaked a little bit of clear liquid but after I wiped it there wasn't anymore. Today it happened again at about 3 in the afternoon.
I've been getting contractions here and there but they're not close at all.
Is it possible for my water to have broken without getting any contractions?
I'm really worried :/

First of all your doctor is an idiot. Being 1 1/2 cm doesn't mean you can expect her in 4-5 days, it means nothing, you can even go to 42 weeks like that. Second, yes it's possible. When my water broke my contractions took hours to start, and by that I mean real contractions, not braxton hicks, I was still having those. And when it broke it was a strong gush, and I continued to have gushes for the entire 36 hours I was in labor, it didn't stop until the baby was out. But it doesn't sound like your water broke, just watery discharge you're having here and there, you will know when it breaks, you will gush. And even if it was broken, why are you worried? There's nothing to be worried about. If or when it breaks, not only will you notice, but you will eventually start labor. Nothing bad is going to happen. Women have been going through this since the dawn of time, before hospitals existed. Your body knows what it's doing.

If its your water breaking it'll continuously leak it won't just stop. I started getting contractions about 10 minutes after my water broke maybe less. But everyone is different. Not sure why you're doc told you the baby would come in a certain amount of days. He she wouldn't be able to know that for sure
