need help with this medical problem symptoms, fatigue, shortness of breath and general malaise?
my question is what do i do if a patient or a resident comes in with a symptoms of fatigue but not chronic, shortness of breath or general malaise, What type of tests would will I have to suspect and order and why and how would i treat these symptoms. i just need to know more about this symptoms.

I would first check their iron status - it sounds initially like anaemia
