My wife pulled my big toe straight out to pop it. It popped and 3 days later I can hardly walk on it.?

What kind of injury did she do to it. It has never popped before in 60 years. She can pop the others easily but I never let her pop the big one as it hurt to much. I have a good limp now from the pain I am still getting.

She probably sprained a ligament or strained a muscle. You should be fine. Ice on 15 mins, ice off 15 mins. Could soak it in hot water with epsom salt. Take some aspirin for the inflammation. Or tylenol or ibuprofen if you can't have aspirin. However, if it interferes your day to day I'd get it checked out.
