Is this sentence correct ?

It was me who saw spicy ones in a shop I bought oats from.

    Since you were the one who "saw," that makes you the subject, but in your sentence you use the objective form "me." Therefore it should say, "It was I."

    How about: I saw the spicy ones in a shop where I bought the oats from.

    prefered would be: twas't I that spotted those spicy items in a shop that I bought oats out of
