What is the quickest way to get rid of large zits that are deep under the skin?

Ok first off you need to wash your face every night with a creme cleanser such as a clearasil cream one or a dove cream one and a face cloth, not a cleanser that has exfoliating beads as they will tear the pores in your skin. Wash with warm water and be sure that your hands are clean before you do this. After apply a anti acne cream such as clean and clear acne control or something like it. In the mornings use an astringent such as the clean and clear deep cleaning astringent (it is blue) and you apply it with make up removal pads. for spot treatments the clearasil spot treatment that is skin colour works well but if you do the other stuff then using it won't be necessary... You need to stop touching your skin and keep your hair off of your face so that the oils don't get onto your face. If you exercise you need to shower and wash your face or at least just wash your face within a half hour at the most. If it is at work or at school the clearasil facial wipes work well, they come in a cylinder and they are already coated in the astringent that will remove the oils, sweat, and dirt from your skin. You need to heat it up, like holding a hot washclothe on it or steaming it. Then it will burst really easy. Otherwise if you just need to cover up some redness, buy some cover-up makeup. It might be tough to pop though if you don't see a head (black or white).
