How to know that a relative loves me?

Hi! I love my cousin...And she used to call me for 2 hours from U.S.A when I was in depression about 4 years ago..and ISD call costs a lot.But my Father's sister(Bhua) asked her to call me.Since then I love her.But initially I used to hate her.But now she has stopped calling from 3 years..So I used to do her e-mails.But from 1 year she has stopped replying to my e-mails.I don't know what to do.I miss her a lot.I am staying in my Aunt's home for 1 week and she called her yesterday and she knows that I am staying,but she didn't talk to me.And my Aunt was saying that she calls her 1 time in 3 months.But she never called me from 3 years..I am very sad about it.I don't know what to do?
