Is this sentence this correct ?

It can make a teen involve themselves in a gang and other violent things because they want the acceptance and respect of their peers, who they find superior.

Is it who or whom ??

    Its whom.

    If you were to use Who, It would have to be about a specific teen, and not plural anything. 'They' which is after who, is plural. So it would be whom.
