When I finished meditating, I realized I was crying. This was my first time meditating and I only meditated for about 10 minutes. I didn't notice I was crying until after I opened my eyes. The meditation was about compassion, since I have been told I lack empathy. The person speaking through my earphones, was saying things like "think of others who have felt the same sadness as you" and "think of the hardships you went through". Idk why I didn't notice while I was meditating or why I even was crying in the first place.

I'm gonna start going to the gym five days a week. I'm going to do the elliptical for 15 min, the treadmill for 15, and then workout my legs with weights. how long until I see a change in my body? I'm 5'6 130 lbs.

I have to write a 3-page essay about "Serendipity in Science", So far, I have 2-pages done. In the 2-pages, I have written about what scientists thought about serendipity's role in science, what I thought, and examples of serendipity in science. What more do you think I could write about? I reaaaallly like this guy, but he went out with both of my friends. One of them was a close friend and the other one was a distant friend. He also has a rep for being a player.
