Do you cry when you become too upset?

If so, does it make you feel weak or maybe pathetic? And even worse when in the presents of others?

Yes I cry, and no I don't feel pathetic or weak, I feel better than I did before I cried. I only cry alone though, I don't like crying in front of others, because they get concerned and try to comfort me, which kinda embarrasses me and also it's awkward for them, I'd rather just not cry in front of people.

Not trying to sound like a tough guy, but about the only time I cry is due to death. I tend to become more pissed than upset over things. I guess I'm a very stereotypical male in that regard.

I don't cry when I become too upset. I do cry a little when I chop onions though. None of the onion cutting tricks work for me.

I don't feel pathetic. I just chop the sh*t out of that onion to show em who's boss.

    Make me cry, will you?!

No I do not cry, cry will not solve anything for me. When I get really upset, I feel like I have to do some kind of strenuous exercise or activity . . . usually I go surfing, or if the waves are kind of choppy, I just go running. Sometimes, I will even go hiking up the mountain right across from our back yard . . . =P

depends on what ticked me off and how hormonal I'm feeling at the moment. I think I cry a lot easily lately. Something about being a mom made me weak hearted but I rarely cry in front of people.

What's up? Write to me. *hugs*

Once in a while I do, but it's only when I'm alone. It isn't because I feel weak or pathetic, it's because I'm scared I will lash out and punch someone for trying to shame me over it.

It has to be really, really bad for me to choke up and cry. Yeah, I do end up feeling a little weak and pathetic.

  • No. I have no tears left in me and my response is that crying is useless and affects my ability to carry on and make valid judgements when things are tough.

I do and sometimes its because I feel sorry for other people. When I get upset enough I cant stop myself crying and I don't see why I should.

Yes, I have been known to cry when I'm passionate about something.

And yes, it makes me angry when I cry because I feel that tears make me less credible when I'm trying to be heard or understood.
