The Hindenburg - the crew could just drop bombs by hand on the Titanic from above until enough hit to disable it.
The Titantic wouldn't have any aircraft guns,as they hadn't been invented in 1912.

That depends. How are the two armed for the fight? If they're both in civilian configuration, they could never fight each other. If the Titanic has any kind of decent naval guns installed, it's going to win because one hit is going to bring down any Zeppelin, in a ball of fire. But if it doesn't, and the Hindenburg is carrying bombs, which Zeppelins could do (and did do in World War I), then it could sink the Titanic with a well-placed bomb.
