What is Gold pricing in RS?

I was looking at gold prices yesterday and I found something that I do not understand. What is meant by, "Gold prices change, falling by another Rs 25 to Rs 27700 per 10 grams. I have no idea what any of this means. What is this Rs??? I guess what I need to know also is what does Rs mean and how can I understand it related to ounce or some other system I understand/

    You must have looked at a site from India. Rs is the abbreviation for the Indian currency, which is the rupee. If the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs 25, then on the previous day it traded at Rs 27725.
