Guys, what is the difference between love and affair?

An "affair", which is a romantic or sexual relationship with someone you are not married to, can have love as a part of it, or it could be a sex-only thing.... just depends!! Its just a girl-guy relationship outside of a marriage, and as such it can include any amount of love possible: from none to all-the-way committment. Simple as that.

Love a pure feeling .. it is FEELING of caring and affection

which can be even without any relationship ..

and affair is something which can be with love but can also be without it ..means a guy is married but still has any relation with other women with love or without it just for sexual purposes ..

love and affair are not totally different that is why also called LOVE-AFFAIR ..

"Love" is an emotional attachment to someone or something. The attachment is strong enough that when that person or thing is gone from your life, you experience emotional pain. You know "love" especially when you experience it and then the loss of it.

An affair is essentially a social relationship between 2 or more people which encompasses one or several events amongst them.

That is why when someone throws a party, they call that an "affair" or when two people fall in love and conduct themselves as a couple, they call that an "affair" or when there is a political row and several political actors are involved they call that "the ______ affair".

Well love is something that happens in your mind, a feeling for a specific person. Love is a part of affair which happens after you're married to someone.

Love is the feeling of now and forever. An affair is the feeling of wanting it to last forever right now.

Love is a chemical reaction in the brain...an emotional feeling...

Affair is a physical interaction between persons who may or may not have any emotional bond...

love is what makes the world go round. affair is just a ride..

in general terms affection/ relation with your spouse/wife/girl friend can be classified as love and any other extra relation other than your spouse/wife/girl friend will be termed as an affair
