If you could add any two players in the MLB to your favorite team, who would you add?
I'm a Mariners fan and I would add Buster Posey because Jesus Montero really isn't doing it for me and I think having a really really good offensive catcher would be really valuable because then we could focus on other things and add some run support for our pitching staff. Then I would also add Justin Verlander just to add even more depth to our rotation. You can't beat us if you can't score. Who would you add to your team?
@Harry, I know, I'm just saying hypothetically. If none of that was an issue and you could just take any two players and put them on your team with out worrying about money, contracts, or anythin g

adding players 'in the MLB' is not like playing in a fantasy league. GMs have to consider: contracts, free agency, teams luxury tax and who are you giving up to add the new players

As a Blue Jays fan, I would probably add 2 starting pitchers, such as Chris Sale and Clayton Kershaw. The Jays already have one of the best offenses in the AL, but their rotation has been their weakness in years past. Sale and Kershaw are both young proven aces, so I would love to add both of them to the rotation.
I would also consider: Matt Harvey, Madison Bumgarner & Stephen Strasburg.

I'm a Nationals fan, and I would add Mike Morse (We all want him back!), and Yu Darvish.((Even though our pitching is already good enough) 2nd least ERs allowed in the NL so far!)
