I have a Cabo vacation booked for July I can't take, how do I sell it?
Its at the Pueblo Bonito Rose July 21-28,2013. The non inclusive rate is 1170.00 but I can sell for $600.00..up to 4 people in the room. If you want all inclusive, I can get the discount rate to $99.00 a la carte but that's paid directly to the hotel.
How do I get interested people to buy... its a really great deal
Ebay charges money just to list and craiglist won't let me list nation wide... isn't there a website spefically for regualar people to list vacations?

It's going to be very difficult to sell on eBay or Craigslist. You'd be much better off trying to sell to a friend, family member co-worker. Heck - list it on your facebook page. Your friends and family (hopefully) know your not a crook.
The problem with eBay or other similar sites is that people wouldn't know who you are or where to get in touch with you if you were less than honest. In fact you could be a complete fraud.
Watch how it's done:
I have a unit in the same complex for the exact same week only mine is bigger and better and I'll rent it out for only $300. Please send me your money now and I will meet you at the complex gates with the keys.
See the problem? What recourse would people have if you were a scam artist? Not much. You would have to find a pretty trusting/gullible person to send you money like that.
I have a feeling like the eBay fees are going to be the least of your problems.

Is that per person or ome price for the week.? I stayed there before.its not a five or 4 star hotel but the view of the arch is beautiful
