If someone came up to you with $100 and told you to use it for humanity what would you do?

Update:

Maybe it was because it's on a different forum, but the last time I asked this question (was about 5 years ago), people replied with much more sincerity and compassion.

While I still appreciate all the answers, can't help but hope this isn't a foreshadowing of humanity's future in terms of the attitudes we'll take in terms of charity and compassion. I know it's a small community of people (yahoo answers), but damn if there is this much difference in the course of 5 years using this thing in opinions regarding a question....I'd hate to see what a poll would look like on a national scale.

Divided it into 10 10's Go to the biggest city around you, go downtown to the biggest homeless shelter and talk to people. Give to a family there. You well get more than your moneys worth of knowledge and caring as a human being

i'd probably buy some new percussion instruments for my drum circle - like boomwhackers or deer toes - everyone in the circle would appreciate the new and interesting sounds - group drumming is a form of meditation that gets you totally into the present moment and total mindfulness - the past and future fall away - yet contradictorily, you also transcend reality and approach union with cosmic consciousness - if it sounds like new age bullcrap, then i suggest you try and and discover the benefits for yourself

I'd take homeless people as I was led to McD's for a coffee and their special

McChicken (it was $1) as I was led and talk to them about their life,

what they thought was possible for them, and ask them to meet with

me again (on my own money)....

I could do this about 40 times, and I'd ask each one then to bring a

    friend the next time.

The next time I'd ask them both how they could make a few changes.

(as I said, I'd be led who to talk to, and use my discernment in it).

I'd buy IntelliJ IDEA. Clearly those people are important for the growth of humanity as a species, so they deserve that money.
