    Its everywhere. Mentally, Emotionally, Physically... Whenever you fail or break your mind have two choices give up or stand back... That second choice make you strong. I am not very good with scince & all but there are stems/webs in your bones whenever you are injured, hurt these webs die but give birth two 2x more webs than before. Whenever you get bullied you become use to it & star figuring out new methods to beat bullies. Whenever you fall you learn better to jump. Whenever you fail in exam you prepare better for next exam. The wort you broke up you make next relationship better. Whenever you are lost you get better in finding ways. To make an better anti-virus we need better virus. To make better life we need better challenges...

    All Kinds, Think about it, even in secular terms without mentioning the bible I can answer this one

    There is an ole saying that Adversity if the Mother of invention,

    War for example is always a bad thing, but look at the advances we made n War, Medicnes and technology, I mean really ? we would have never have gotten this far if it were not for our being at each others throats ?

    as for diseases? Those force us to think, strive and motivate us to overcome, causes us to increase in knowledge, keeps us from being too complacent.

    From a Biblical Christian perspective ? I think that the answer is two-fold. One, ultimately, no one is innocent. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23) and are by nature children of wrath (Eph. 2:3). There is none innocent. Though this is biblically accurate, it does not satisfy the question emotionally. Why do little babies suffer for things they have not done? I must acknowledge that I do not know. Ultimately, we must trust God who knows the beginning from the end and sees the grand picture. He will have the final word and He will be vindicated.

    in Conclusion ?

    Suffering is the result of human sin. The world is not the way that God created it and because of that, all are vulnerable to the effects of sin in the world. Why does one person suffer and another does not? Why do catastrophes happen to some and not to others? It is because sin is in the world. But there will come a day when the Lord will return and cleanse this world of all sin and all suffering.

    "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away," (Rev. 21:4).

    Life has its little ups and downs as you will have noticed, and these we are constantly confronted with throughout its existence. How these problems are dealt with depend on the ability of the person facing the problem. Some are so incapable and upset by such occurrences that they through there hands in the air, scream like an idiot, and loudly wail that they cannot cope, the real reason being that they select not to face the problem, relying others to do so on their behalf. Thus they always remain incapable of dealing with just about anything.

    In practice, being thrust into facing the problem is supposed to be a learning curve, and give you the experience on how it should be tackled, so making you a far more capable person when trouble text comes your way.

    Your never going to learn if you never decide to face it.

    Strength doesn't come from suffering. Pain comes from suffering, strength comes from pain, the strength of fearlessness, the strength that you wanted to achieve. The strength of love and hate, the straight wisdom and reason. The strength of being strong.

  • It makes you more confident and content as a a person AFTER you get over it ~ And believe me we always get over any/every suffering eventually in some way , practically or emotionally , totally or partially but we DO get over it always to a level where we would feel the suffering getting away or getting much more endurable .

    But the key is to keep your patience and never let the suffering get better of your practical life! 1..2..3 time will take its course :)

    cheers !

    The strength to understand suffering.

    Think about a person whom has never suffered;

    how could he or she understand the depth of

    soul-crushing suffering.

    To know yourself better and get deeper into the meaning of life. Unless you suffer somehow you will not have interest to search more and know better why we are here and why are things the way they are.

    The suffering can also make you change your view point of the world.

    What strength comes from suffering?

    ~~~ Virtue!
    “Suffering is a gift. In it is hidden mercy.”
    ― Rumi
    “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
    --- Rumi
    "I say that next to God there is no nobler thing than suffering. Right suffering is the mother of all virtues, for right suffering so subdues the heart, it cannot rise to pride but perforce is lowly." - Meister Eckhart
    "Harkee, all rational souls! The swiftest steed to bear you to your goal is suffering; none shall ever taste eternal bliss but those who stand with Christ in depths of bitterness. Nothing is more gall-bitter than suffering, nothing so honey-sweet as to have suffered. The most sure foundation for this perfection is humility, for he whose nature here creeps in deepest depths shall soar in spirit to highest height of Deity.' - Meister Eckhart
    From suffering, you get wisdom. You feel guilt,remorse,sorrow,etc. You gain knowledge and knowledge is strength. It is a shame we have to learn through suffering though.
    When you suffer you feel pain and you get used to that pain so when another time you suffer that suffering dosent attack you because you are already used to it and that pain in the first place makes you stronger
