Large, red, painful bump on my penis?

I noticed it a few days ago as a small red bump about an inch away from the base of my base, past where hair would grow. It has now grown to about the size of a pea and become more elevated with a brownish blister at the top. It's painful to touch. I am not sexually active.

Any idea what it is?

    I would say a rash from masturbating to much. I would just stop for a week or two. (I know it must be hard!) If it doesnt go away ask your dad to schedule an appointment with your doctor. It sounds like nothing serious.
