This is completely subjective so every answer will be different. I am blind so I believe I offer a unique perspective to the equation.

Doing the right thing for me involved using wisdom and critical thinking to weigh the options before me.

If you always do what is right, you never do what is wrong is what some say. Wisdom is the ability to recognize difference. Difference between two people, an opportunity, difference in personality, a decision. I believe wisdom is the master key to determine what is right or wrong. Move towards people that celebrate you rather than tolerate you.

An elder spoke to me and said that all decisions are right. A decision only becomes wrong when one cannot stand by it and would not take any responsibility for any consequences that could arise. I think that elder had a point but I am not sure if I can fully agree with his statement.

By thorough analyzing the outcome or the result of that decision.

If the result of a certain decision is good and it will give me peace then I'm doing right.

I learned to remind myself not to use my heart in making decisions all the time.......sometimes the heart is too blind to see the truth.

You think of your actions before you act, weigh out the pros and cons, the effects on others and the reaction to follow. Every action has a reaction. You do what is right for everyone, not what is right for yourself.

One way to do it is to write down all the important factors that you can think of. This will help you to see which choice will satisfy most of your needs.
