Think for yourself. Be critical of any information....and just learn to be accepting without believing.

By having a stronger will then the others. Being able to proudly proclaim you're your own person. The delusions of others are of they're own. If they can't handle you not able to having the same mind set as them. The best thing to do here is cut off your ties to these people as soon as possible. People who do not let other be who they truly are were never really your friends to begin with.

Challenge those delusions. You pretty much have to question not only their beliefs and thoughts, but also your own (how you respond, how it affects you, etc.).

I watch a UK show called "Embarrassing Bodies" on YouTube. They show EVERYTHING and it's very liberating to watch. I have always known that the media distorts reality, but this show has made me realize just how it has damaged me mentally. Seeing people naked and being so honest about issues they have ... it's helping me to sort of reverse that psychological damage.

You cannot. You will be absorbed by my powerful delusion. Resistance is futile.

find less mentally ill, psychic friends and people to associate with, can't say its a problem for me, i don't mingle with delusional people, do you live on a mental health ward? get sane friends and don't spend so much time hanging round mental health wards...
