How can I pay for this Warrant Notice I just received in the mail?
So today I got a Warrant Notice in the mail with a list of tickets I had gotten. It's three of them. They all equal out to 1417.00. I'm not mad because it's my fault and I should have just payed them but I honestly forgot. My mom is all hysterical so I want to know how can I take care of this? Can I get on a payment plan to pay all three of my tickets off? Can I get a bail bond and pay it off? I just want to know what can I do besides getting arrested. I want to hurry and get this over with. Oh and I live in San Antonio Texas just FYI.

LOLz from someone who has had warrants in SA, it's not likely that you can get on a payment plan. Those days were over when you let the tickets go into warrant status.
If the warrants are for stuff like traffic tickets or non-violent offenses (which it sounds like they are), then your best bet is to pay what you can so that you can pay it off as soon as you can. I'd completely avoid driving until then, because if a cop gets behind you and runs your tag, you're going to jail. I am thinking that you can't get a bail bond; that will only be an option if you turn yourself in and are put in jail.
I hope you're able to get it taken care of quick! You don't want to be arrested. It's sad that at this point, they really won't work with you to get on a plan, but that's how it is.

An Arrest Warrant is issued in a Summary case when a defendant fails to comply in a timely fashion to an order of the Court. For example, the failure may be lack of response to a Citation or Summons, a fine not paid by the required date, or a missed payment on a time payment order.
An Arrest Warrant is an enforcable order to respond to the Court. Active Warrants are recorded with the County's Warrant Enforcement Bureau and information regarding these Warrants can be accessed by Law Enforcement Officers. Various reponses are appropriate in order to satisfy the Warrant and have it recalled by the Court.

MY young fellow Texan. The government wants one thing and one thing only from you and that is money. Call the court and ask the very question you are asking here and I bet they will make arrangements for you to pay it out. You see if they arrest you they will keep you in jail at a rate of about 100.00 a day until the fine is paid by your jail time. So for 15 days they have to feed you and take care of you medically and get no money from you. They would rather let you pay.

This may be a problem.
You need to contact the County Courthouse and do in Monday morning.
They will have a whole program set up for things like this.
Check your Warrant. There is probably a number to call on it or even a web site to go to.
Good luck.

like everyone said, you have to follow the instructions on the warrant. take care of it fast because the fines only increase the longer you put it off. if you don't understand the instructions then call the number listed on the warrant. if you have to then you can go to san antonio's site: http://www.sanantonio.gov/court/Warrants/WarrantFA... to find the answers to your questions and who to contact. when in doubt, get a lawyer.

All of this information is on the warrant notice. You just make payments at the city hall and they leave you alone; all they want is our money.
