Normally you have about a week after the sell by date, I'm sure it is fine, always look and smell of it if you smell any sour smell or a oily look over the top of it don't drink it... and for the dumb *** who goes by the sell by date, it's just for the shelf life, the store has to take it off the shelf before that date!

If that were the case, every carton of milk sold would have a huge disclaimer saying: "Warning, do NOT eat fish when consuming milk." Furthermore, ordering a glass of milk at a seafood restaurant would result in your waiter saying they couldn't allow it. Basically, it's a load.

That milk is fine to drink, just i wouldn't go longer than a few weeks. I've had milk that's been expired for a month, and I drank it. It wasn't too good, and I should probably have checked the date.
Trust me, you'll be fine.

It's not safe to consume food past expiry date; you experienced a sour taste. Lucky you don't get diarrhea.

As long as it didn't smell too sour, it was just fine.
One more day and it wouldn't have been fit for human consumption.
