I have a question about my Living Trust.?

My Living Trust was done 20 years ago. I have been divorced about 15 years. Without having to pay a lawyer to redo my trust, can I "legally" just retype the pages with his name on them and change the name to another relative? I do no want to spend another $500 if I don't have to. Thank you.

Well, first of all we have no clue if your trust is revocable, or irrevocable. Big difference.

The forms are on file with the jurisdiction it was filed in and you can not change the documents or remove his name without his consent unless it is court ordered. If you attempt to defraud him you could be penalized substantially.
